At the airport
We understand that flight schedules don’t always go to plan, so your private chauffeur will wait for up to one hour from the scheduled flight touchdown time, at no charge.
After this time, they will return to base and our dedicated service team will work with you to plan your journey upon your rescheduled arrival.
At other locations
For collection and transport to the airport, your journey is meticulously planned to fit your flight schedule, allowing for security checks, wait times and boarding.
To ensure this scheduling is not compromised, and a safe and comfortable journey to the airport, your chauffeur will wait a maximum of twenty minutes at your pick-up location.
Cancellations within 24 hours of collection will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations within 12 hours of collection will be fully charged.
Yes, our dedicated service team will check your flight details in advance to ensure your arrival is on schedule and your journey with us is timely and efficient.
Your chauffeur will also monitor your expected arrival while they wait and, should anything change, they will do everything in their power to ensure they are in the right place at the right time.
Your chauffeur will await your arrival in the Airport Drivers’ Zone, with your name clearly displayed on a sign.

The Drivers’ Zone is in Terminal 3, at the exit of Customer Service – the only exit for commercial flight arrivals.
Billund Airport
