General information:

Notice: Our policy of cancellations on sedans and mini vans is 24 hours before the actual time/date of the reservation, otherwise DL-Limousine Service will be entitled to do a ½ charge of the price and a full charge if cancellation is received later than 12 hours before the time/date of the reservation. There is a night fee of 15% between 9.00 PM –6:00 AM.

Pick-ups from Danish Airports: Our drivers will be waiting in the arrival hall at the exit of the Custom Service. Driver will wait with a name board. If no contact has been established later than 1 hour and driver or our booking department haven’t been contacted on the telephone then it will be considered as a NO SHOW with full charge.

Pick-ups from Port of Copenhagen and Århus: Our drivers will be waiting at the dock where ship will embark according to information provided by customer or the travel agency. Driver will wait with a name board. If no contact has been established later than 45 min. and our booking department haven’t been contacted on the telephone, then it will be considered as a NO SHOW with full charge.

Pick up service from hotels: Driver will wait with a name board. If no contact have been established later than 20 min. and our booking department has not been contacted on the telephone then it will be considered as a NO SHOW with full charge.

If the unlikely should happen that you cannot find the driver, then please contact us on telephone otherwise DL-Limousine shall be entitled to do the full charge of the transfer. By payment using a credit card, there is an additional credit card commission fee when not using the booking online system on our website or through the app.

Additional fees that apply if not stated on the reservation as included on the services are:
Fees for services to and from Sweden Bridge fees (Oresund) 500,00 DKK vice/versa
Ferry fees 500,00 DKK from Elsinore to Helsingborg vice/versa
Bridge fee “Storebaelt” 500,00 DKK vice/versa
Copenhagen Airport parking fee 20,00 DKK ( only on pick up service from the airport)
